Thanks for this, I put these on:

  pci/controller/cadence
  pci/controller/dwc-dra7xx
  pci/controller/dwc-keystone

respectively for v7.4, and dropped the PHY link cleanup patches from
Felix that are no longer needed since the PHY links themselves are
gone.
