The ndfc node of eiger.dts has no reg property, U-Boot fills it in at
runtime. The new IBM NDFC binding makes it required, so dtbs_check
now reports
ndfc@1,0 (ibm,ndfc): 'reg' is a required property
Add a zeroed placeholder, as the nor_flash@0,0 node in the same file
already does.
