This sync series contain two upstream PRs:
- Several additional diagnostics improvements

- internal: init: allow reborrow of Pin<&mut T> bindings
https://github.com/Rust-for-Linux/pin-init/pull/180
The upstream PRs have test suites coverage which is not part of the kernel
tree. Reviews/testings are welcome from either GitHub or the mailing list.
