The plain-text arm and arm64 files carry a legacy header: from it, drop the M:, zh_CN:, zh_TW:, Maintainer:, Chinese maintainer: and Traditional Chinese maintainer: lines, including the English maintainers they list, and the Chinese lines that repeat them. The C: lines and the Chinese notes recording the commit each translation was made from are kept, as is the rest of the header.
