TI Keystone device tree updates for v7.4

Generic Fixups/Cleanups:
* Correct white-space style across the Keystone DTSI files
* Align devctrl child node names with dtschema naming requirements

SoC Specific Fixes:
K2G:
* Add the required #phy-cells property to the usb-nop-xceiv nodes
* Move the usb-phy nodes out of simple-bus, as they have no MMIO address
  (dtbs_check fixes)

K2L:
* Rename the deprecated ti,davinci-spi-num-cs property to the standard
  num-cs (dtbs_check fix)
