Remove undocumented and unused property min-frequency, which also not used
by known other user, such as uboot.
Fix below CHECK_DTBS warnings:
arch/arm/boot/dts/nxp/imx/imx50-amazon-yoshi.dtb: mmc@50020000 (fsl,imx50-esdhc): Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('min-frequency' was unexpected)
