[PATCH 1/2] dt-bindings: display: panel: Add Retroid Pocket IL97680A panels

Document the Ilitek IL97680A panels in the Retroid Pocket Nova and the
bottom display of the Retroid Pocket Duo. Both are 1280x960 MIPI DSI
command-mode panels, with different supply configurations.
