Hi folks,
This series adds two Arabic code pages that fs/nls lacks. CP720 is the
OEM code page of Arabic Windows, which FAT uses for short names, and
CP1256 is the Windows code page for Arabic. The tables are generated by
a script from Microsoft's code page 720 table (ICU's windows-720-2000)
and the Unicode Organization's CP1256 table, in the layout of the
existing ones.
Based on Linux 7.4-rc1 (6628e7d4c6b25).
