Congrats on a well earned/deserved milestone. I wish you all the best in 
wandering off into the sunset. Your guidance over the years has been 
invaluable and I hope to continue maintaining our drivers with a 
fraction of the patience and grace you have shown.

I know I already signed off, but I figured it makes sense to do it here 
as well...
