Usage of v4l2_ctrl_find is a bit odd, don't you have the ctrls already
in the isc struct ? e.g. isc->ctrls.brightness, etc.

What's the meaning of this comment here . s_ctrl configures multiple
controls, including gamma, etc, so why mention config_cbc() ?
