Hi ,
We have seen lot of crashes in 4.9 during boot in 
n_tty_receive_buf_common, when tty->disc_data

I have seen some earlier patch which is fixing the same

but it is reverted finally in below commit:

Do we have any fix available for above bug, please revert me for any 
further information.
