Right so Ted

Just return 0 then, I mean its redundant right - you don't modify this 
function in the next patch.

But my real question is - what guarantee is there p_array and 
session_subscribe_metadata_delivery are simlutaneously true. Certainly 
looks like the firmware could declare a flag which could call a NULL 
pointer derference @ session_subscribe_metadata_delivery.
