Here is a third update for the winbond driver:

* tx_timeout implemented, the driver now actually recovers from timeouts
;-)
* tx fifo underrun code modified
* further cleanups

The driver is stable under high load, please give it a try.

I'll submit it to Linus in a few days if I get some positive reports.
