I've updated input driver for PC-9800. And tested by some japanese
 users, mainly Linux98-usrs mailing list members.
This improve translation from japanese keyboard to us keyboard.
Please apply.
Here are whole input.patch against 2.5.45-ac1 and 98kbd.c diffs
 from previous version.
