I got the below message in my dmesg.
I've attached my config.
All I was doing at the time was exiting alsamixer.
I've tried to reproduce it with alsamixer, but it wasn't reproducable.
I hope this information can be of some use.

I don't think the below problem is related to my hardware configuration. 
I will provide any additional information upon request.
