I think you should put these two lines inside &cgu. While it will also
work here, the assigned-clocks / assigned-clock-rates are defined
Device Tree properties only for clock controller nodes, and so "make
dtbs_check" will complain:
ci20.dt.yaml: usb@13500000: 'assigned-clock-rates', 'assigned-clocks'
do not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'
Same in the Neo .dts files.
