Hi,

I run a 2.6.5-mm1 on stone olda via-something board with a PIII (config 
attached).
The USB chip is:

USB2 is not correct, because my board can't have USB2, because USB2 was 
not inveted yet at that time ;)

last time I unplugged and plugged in my 40GB usb2 HD to the usb1 onboard 
connector I got this in my dmesg:
