.config is attached. BTW exactly these line were deleted from
kernel/softirq.c in 2.6.4, the body of tasklet_init_cpu weren't
carried correctly to its new place.

This changes caused that the linuxconsole.sf.net patch against
newer kernels (>2.6.3) did not boot. The .config is
from 2.6.6-rc2-mm1 + changes from linuxconsole.sf.net patch.
Do you want the whole patch to investigate?
