I have a Logitech Cordless Elite Duo (I don't use it's mouse, but it's 
there) and a Logitech Dual Optical mouse.  Both are plugged into a hub, 
and the hub is on a switch (with another computer) so it gets frequently 
connected and disconnected.

Kernel is 2.6.6-mm1 with 4kstacks reverted and tainted by the nvidia 
module (yes, I know, but I've been running the same module for some time 
on different kernels and I haven't seen this one...).

lsusb does nothing after this oops.

If this one's not obvious, I'll try to reproduce it without the nvidia 
module.
