I forgot to update the documentation with this change... Please apply 
this to -mm, and (if possible) fold it into 
dvb-clarify-description-text-for-dvb-bt8xx-in-kconfig.patch

This patch updates bt8xx documentation with the newer Kconfig 
description of dvb-bt8xx.
"Nebula/Pinnacle PCTV/Twinhan PCI cards" --> "BT8xx based PCI cards"
