[CCISS]: Fix use-after-free in cciss_init_one

free_hba() sets hba[i] to NULL, the dereference afterwards results in
this crash. Setting busy_initializing to 0 actually looks unnecessary,
but I'm not entirely sure, which is why I left it in.
