[PATCH 1/1] i2c-ismt: add the support of the I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA transaction type

This patch adds the support of the I2C_SMBUS_I2C_BLOCK_DATA transaction type for the iSMT SMBus Controller.
