drivers/bluetooth/hci_ldisc.c: In function 'hci_uart_set_baudrate':
drivers/bluetooth/hci_ldisc.c:276:22: error: 'BOTHER' undeclared
BOTHER is not defined for all architectures and otherwise only
used with '#ifdef BOTHER'.
