SCSI fixes on 20260802

No core changes.  The largest driver fix is the reversion of threaded
interrupt handlers in UFS and the next is the resume deadlock fix in
hisi_sas which extends into libsas.

Sorry for the last minute pull request.  This time I managed to spill
soup in my laptop on a business trip and fried the motherboard, so I've
only just got back home to a desktop.
