It is unclear how to should be addressed.

 From my POV, it would make more sense to send a separate change for 
LeMans with the explanation regarding 200ms vs 10ms

Otherwise it is a new v9 already reviewed which will trigger sashiko 
again, forcing to look at sashiko comments again and reply to the false 
positives again. Just for a sentence in the changelog
