Thank you for your guidance. I have abbreviated the commit summary to
"ideapad-laptop: Add ideapad Y700 (15) to the no_hw_rfkill DMI list"
and submitted the patch as v3.
The initial patch submission had been corrupted by word wrap in my
email client.
