This was just discussed off-list, thanks for guidance. I only will
comment on one thing below.

Oh, right, Now that you point it out, it seems obvious.

We called it "TD report" because it uses the same data structure as
the TD report, only without the "TD information" sub-structure.
But no doubt this is poor terminology.
