But before my change filemap_alloc_folio_noprof() was inline for the !CONFIG_NUMA case and I was trying not to change that. I think what you're suggesting would be tidier though. I'll make the change. But I don't think it solves the wider problem of the possibility that people can call private APIs. That's what review is for.
