The latest (August 2026) release of "Intel TDX Module ABI Definitions"
[2] now includes the encoding of TDCS_QUOTE_MAX_SIZE. There were some
internal design changes that updated the encoding from
0x9010000200000008 to 0x9010000200000007, so the next version of this
series will reflect this change.
