This series works fine on top of v15. But I got your point, this series
was only tested on v14 when being posted. See below ...

I may have misunderstood our internal discussion. I thought it's fine
to post DTS changes with a "Dependencies" declaration, so that they can
be reviewed while waiting dependencies to be sorted out. And when it's
ready to be applied with all dependencies cleared, I will resend the
series by dropping the "Dependencies" declaration.
