Thank you for digging this up. Judging from the document, these erratas 
were not addressed in any firmware update.

As another data point, I was able to reproduce this issue with the 
Sennheiser USB headset and a Dell XPS 15 7590.

     $ lspci -nn | grep USB
     00:14.0 USB controller [0c03]: Intel Corporation Cannon Lake PCH 
USB 3.1 xHCI Host Controller [8086:a36d] (rev 10)
