Yes, I know there is 2.6.8.1 out, I was just about to upgrade when I got this oops.

I was doing some rsync to the box while deleting some tmp files in onother dir there.
It may be reiresfs related (judging from the trace).

Will try to compile now 2.6.8.1 and report back if the same oops happen (not likely).
