The City's system does not allow potentially executable files to be sent to its end users in an active format. Please compress them with zip or rename them to something else.
If you have received this message and feel that you did not initiate it, please disregard as many viruses now spoof/fake addresses and that is likely the case if you're on an antivirus protected machine.
