This is my old SMP test machine using Intel R440LX motherboard (dual
Pentium II 266 MHz, no ACPI - AKA "RedWood"):
PCI quirk: region 0c00-0c3f claimed by PIIX4 ACPI
PCI quirk: region 2180-219f claimed by PIIX4 SMB
PIIX4 devres C PIO at 0ca8-0caf
According to the HW tech ref they are "Server management mailbox registers":

and are some early (incompatible) version of IPMI (SMIC) bus/controller.
