x86/fpu/math-emu: Add support for FISTTP instructions

These FPU instructions were added in SSE3-enabled CPUs.

Run-tested by booting with "no387 nofxsr" and running test
program:

	[RUN]	Testing fisttp instructions
	[OK]	fisttp
