Subject: [PATCH 2.6.17-rc5-mm2 18/18] sbp2: use __attribute__((packed)) for on-the-wire structures
Date: Fri, 2 Jun 2006 22:28:48 +0200 (CEST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <tkrat.9d29f76876c2d347@s5r6.in-berlin.de> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <tkrat.df90273c07dd7503@s5r6.in-berlin.de>
It seems to have worked without the attribute during all the years
just because sizes of all struct members are multiples of octlets.
