[PATCH] tty: replace strict_strtoul() with kstrtoul()

[PATCH] tty: replace strict_strtoul() with kstrtoul()

[Jingoo Han]

The usage of strict_strtoul() is not preferred, because
strict_strtoul() is obsolete. Thus, kstrtoul() should be
used.
