[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Update Intel TXT maintainer

[Lukasz Hawrylko]

As an effect of changes in Intel, I took resposibility for supporting
Intel TXT in Linux from Ning Sun. This patch also replaces link to
repository, as previous one became outdated.
