Where can I grab the patch (Linus Wrote?) that
gives higher priority to X and such interactive
process'es? Or, which kernel tree has it included,
-ac maybe?

You can just get the latest bitkeeper sources of 2.5.64 .. think
it was already in from 2.5.64bk4. Check http://www.kernel.org/.
Else the mm tree should have it as well, and are here:
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.5/2.5.64/
