From: Jaswinder Singh Rajput @ 2009-01-04 11:02 UTC (permalink / raw)

Impact: cleanup, fix style problems, more readable

Fixes style problems:
WARNING: Use #include <linux/uaccess.h> instead of <asm/uaccess.h>
ERROR: "(foo*)" should be "(foo *)"
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxV)

total: 5 errors, 1 warnings
