We should not relocate dec_page_count() above f2fs_in_warm_node_list() to

In f2fs_write_single_data_page(), we didn't have !atomic_commit condition
in the check? can we drop !atomic_commit check?

need_inplace_update() has checked w/ f2fs_used_in_atomic_write().
