[PATCH 4/4] perf: add support for PERF_HW_COUNT_REF_CPU_CYCLES

add new generic hw event: ref-cycles
maps to PERF_HW_COUNT_REF_CPUCYCLES.

$ perf stat -e ref-cycles ls
