[PATCH] thermal: of: use for_each_available_child_of_node for child iterator

[PATCH] thermal: of: use for_each_available_child_of_node for child iterator

Use for_each_available_child_of_node() for iterating over each
available child instead of iterating over each child and then
checking their status.
