In case of error, the function blk_mq_alloc_request() or
blk_mq_init_queue() returns ERR_PTR() not NULL. The NULL
test in the return value check should be replaced with
IS_ERR().
Fixes: fd8383fd88a2 ("nbd: convert to blkmq")
