[PATCH] ARC: [build] Support gz, lzma compressed uImage

Add support for lzma compressed uImage.

Support for gzip was already available but could not be enabled because
we were missing CONFIG_HAVE_KERNEL_GZIP in arch/arc/Kconfig.
