Subject: [PATCH v2 tip/core/rcu 2/6] rcu: Abstract the dynticks snapshot operation
Date: Tue, 17 Jan 2017 18:45:24 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1484707528-2176-2-git-send-email-paulmck@linux.vnet.ibm.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20170118024456.GA2042@linux.vnet.ibm.com>

This commit is the second step towards full abstraction of all accesses to
the ->dynticks counter, implementing the previously open-coded atomic
add of zero in a new rcu_dynticks_snap() function. This abstraction will
ease changes o the ->dynticks counter operation.
