Fix the following warnings.
drivers/firmware/efi/libstub/string.c:83:20: warning: no previous
prototype for ‘simple_strtoull’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
drivers/firmware/efi/libstub/string.c:108:6: warning: no previous
prototype for ‘simple_strtol’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
