[BKPATCH] boot hang in migration threads with 2.5.9 and 2.5.10

This is an obvious and simple one line fix for a missing CPU logical to 
physical mapping (against 2.5.9).  Without this, my SMP boxes hang forever 
after printing out the migration thread start information.
