Compile fails since orinoco_cs.c tries to use the no longer existing
linux/tqueue.h header. Patch below seems to fix it.

adding workqueue isn't even needed, just remove tqueue.h

That was supposed to be the second patch, but 2.5.41 does not work on
my laptop at all so I didn't get around to that.
