But, where is the Next Generation Thread Posix
(NGTP)?? I think this was made by Ingo Molnar and some
others.
Is this in the new kernel?

Don't confuse NGPT with NPTL :-)
But yes, Ingo did great things with threads whichever user space is
using it. And yes it's in the new kernel.
